| Sam S. Rainer III serves as the president and CEO of Rainer Research. He has extensive experience in statistical and demographic research. He is the author of numerous articles and is the co-author of an upcoming book Essential Church, which reveals why young adults drop out of the church and what the church must do to reclaim them. He also has worked in a consulting role for Fortune 1000 companies. In addition to serving as president and CEO of Rainer Research, he serves the church as a senior pastor, writer, and blogger.
